“Eric started by helping identify all of the little things that needed to be done to help us achieve the selling price we were hoping to get. As my wife and I have very little time to do theses tasks we were thrilled to find out that Eric had a professional team in place to help us prepare the home properly. A new roof, new doors, painting, etc all were done before listing the property. Eric organized all of this on our behalf, in a short timeline. The bottom line is, we sold the property in one week after listing, for very close to our asking price.
